Somewhere you feel
safe enough to be honest.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from a psychodynamic base integrating Attachment-Focused EMDR, somatic and IFS informed approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, understand themselves more deeply, and develop a stronger connection between their thoughts, emotions, and body.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in the advertising industry. That experience gave me a unique understanding of high-achieving professionals, perfectionism, burnout, workplace stress, and the pressure of balancing all the identities and roles we carry.
I believe healing happens through a relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious about yourself, and supported through the process of healing, growth and change. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, accepted, and empowered to build a life that feels more authentic and connected.
I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they explore their stories, heal old wounds, and discover new possibilities for themselves.
I offer a limited sliding scale. Ask on a first call.
